19 Dec How To Determine Your Target Buyer
By BobbieAnne Williams, Marketing Assistant
As business owners and services providers, we want EVERYONE to see what we have to offer right? Yes, but not everyone is going to be your ideal customer. When creating content for your business, you’ll want to determine your target buyer first. Now let’s talk how to determine your target buyer.
- To start, look at your current customer base. What are the top demographics of people who are already choosing your business? Think about location, age, gender, etc.
- Next, group together what problem(s) your business can solve. Ask: who would benefit from that solution?
- Utilize your social media insights. For many social media platforms, business accounts are given extra perks in the form of insights. Insights allow you to view your online demographics. These are potential customers and online “window shoppers”.
Add all of these groups together and you will begin to see a common thread. This is where you will find your target buyer. These are the people you want to tailor your online message towards. If you need help understanding these groups, we can help. We even offer complimentary 30 minute consultations, simply email BobbieAnne@Germono.com or call 757-822-8665.
